With a dell purchase, you can track your purchase in your Order History by clicking on the “Track Order” button next to it. Additionally, you’ll receive tracking information in an email once your order has been picked up and scanned by the courier.
If your order was placed under a guest account, you will receive an email confirmation about your order with the order number. Simply enter your billing zip code and the order number in the form of to check on its status.
If you ordered from our 3rd party vendor/same-day, you might not see a change in the status of your order until after the delivery. You can contact our Customer Service Team to double check that your flowers are on their way
